I am entirely unsure how I feel about this. I swear I just mention out loud a product I am considering and ads start appearing on my computer. I don't even have a Siri or an Alexa.
I enjoy the interaction with the crew at the supermarket where I do my shopping. They're a fun lot, and we share much laughter. My social life is pretty limited as you can tell! lol
However, I don't believe I'd enjoy the kind of shopping experience shown in the video.
I don't like to think that all stores in the future will be like this. I like using cash, it's much easier to know when you've run out and so you stop buying. I really dislike buying on credit and so many banks charge a fee for doing that, so you automatically pay extra for each purchase. it seems to me ridiculous to use a credit card for something as small as a newspaper or cup of coffee.
The future is amazing and scary !
