HOT OFF THE PRESSES
There are my amazing kittens in the chicken nest on page 72 of COUNTRYSIDE MAGAZINE, Sept/Oct. 2009 issue. I was very pleased that they printed my pictures and short essay regarding this fun finding in my hen house. Most of you probabaly remember the story and I still have the original photo on my sidebar.

It really was a wonderful nature story and deserved to be in that great magazine.
Hi Granny Annie ~~ Great photo and story and congratulations on getting it published. Thank you for your comment about the dreadful floods in our country. I cried for that 13 year old boy who said take my 10 yr old brother first. They did save the younger boy, but the older boy and his mother were washed away and drowned. There were so many sad stories. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. It will take a lot of time and money to recover.
