Amazing aerial photograpy perfectly shows stark contrast between Central Park and the City.
This amazing aerial photograph shows Central Park and the Upper West
Side divided by Central Park West looking South, captured several
hundred feet above ground, presumably in a helicopter. It must have been
hovering around 86th Street as the Dakota (72nd and Central Park West)
is clearly visible about halfway up the photo with its steeply pitched
slate roof.
Omgoodness! It is indeed an amazing shot!

I just love things like this. I know New York and I know they had the park - but not how it was so literally divided. Awesome.
