ReplyDeleteI'm slowly catching up on my blog reading. I'm glad that you had a safe trip. Your red tractor looks like a beauty, but it's not my thing. Here's why:
ReplyDeleteMy husband bought two old tractors once with the idea of selling them and making a profit. BIG MISTAKE. He paid for, but never got, one of them and, much to the neighbors disgust, the other one sat by the side of our house for years. After he died I gave it away to get rid of it.

ReplyDeletePeople ask me how I can live in California with our earthquakes - I'd take an earthquake any day of the week over a tornado, hurricane, or a Midwestern snow storm.
On the flip side, I've always thought Midwesterners were hardier folk than Californians.
Glad you made it home okay with the tractor. Especially with all that weather. Can't wait to see photos of the new "toy"
