GARDEN BOOKSHELF SHELF GNOMES CONTINUED by Granny Annie
PT. 2 - INTRODUCING JOSH
A STAR IS BORN |
Maxine wonders if she should tell Fred who she found in the garden last Sunday. She has named him Josh. |
Josh is such a tiny baby. How can they care for him. If Fred doesn't want him, what will they do with this tiny baby? We must keep him and love him and hug him and cuddle and feed him until we find his parents.
"I better clean Josh up before I show him to Fred." Maxine says to herself. She looks around the book shelf and finds a small, vintage eye wash cup. "Perfect!" she exclaims.
Scrub a dub, dub, Josh in the Tub/cup. |
Maxine is so happy to have Josh with her on Mother's Day. She hopes all nurturing, child-caring, loving parents are having as wonderful a day.
Next week FRED MEETS JOSH
Smiles from here. I am so glad that Josh has found a good home.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day.
That was a fun one! Happy Mother's Day!!!
ReplyDeleteShe's a good mom. Happy Mother's Day!
ReplyDeleteI've seen many Josh's on ebay, they usually come in packs of ten or a dozen, you'd better search the rest of the garden.
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day.
My oldest grandson delivered Josh here many years ago and placed him in the eye cup. He has been there since and came alone.
DeleteOh, Annie, I am excited that the gnome stories continue!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a wonderful Mother's Day!
He is such a tiny fellow. Think Fred will be fine with the new addition. Who could resist him.
