Oooo! My post on my 'other' blog is all about yellow.
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering about the story behind the "windfall".
ReplyDeleteWindfall?! Wonderful?! We have to have the story on that one!
ReplyDeleteAll good things!
ReplyDeleteWindfall...interesting. I'm with Jeanie, I'd like to know more about this one.
ReplyDeleteI love how the yellow sits in the center...like the sun radiating. And I hope you share the "windfall" - that's an intriguing word.
ReplyDeleteSome interesting words - and gratitude is a WONDERFUL habit to acquire.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for a windfall this week.
ReplyDeleteYesterday we had a strong wind for a little while heralding the coming of a storm...perhaps that was it!
those are some nice words. Hope all is well.
ReplyDeleteYellow is a great colour.
ReplyDeleteSee everyone wants to know about your wind. Windfall I mean.
Oy, what a week you've had! I'm sorry that you had to worry about David and her kittens, but glad that there's a happy ending to the story so far.
ReplyDeleteI"m wondering about Windfall also.
ReplyDeleteWe're you the one doing the leading/teaching Annie or were you following someone's example?
ReplyDeleteThe term 'windfall' always makes me think of apples - Right time of the year here but no high winds recently lol
Cathy
That would be - were - not abbreviated we are - we're. Auto spell is a pain!
ReplyDeleteCathy
Put me in the column of wanting to know what the windfall was.

ReplyDeleteGreat minds....:)
Jeanie
It's a good windfall story with a happy ending.
Aunt Betsy
Windfall is creating interest.
Lynn
Yep, all so very good. Especially that family part. My son and granddaughter to the rescue once again.
Ileana
No, I didn't win the lottery, but it is nice.

Mellow yellow:) Now when you say “share” the windfall, do you mean the story about it or do you want a piece of it?
Elephant's Child
It is a good habit to look each week for words of gratitude. It is a shame that it is often such a struggle to find them.

Depends on what kind of windfall you are looking for. There are a couple of definitions for “windfall”: 1.) an apple or other fruit blown down from a tree or bush by the wind. 2.) a piece of unexpected good fortune, typically one that involves receiving a large amount of money.
Munir
They are nice words and they were nice experiences. And, I hope all is well with you and yours:)

Isn't it interesting how the word “Windfall” has received the most attention. It was definitely a good word of gratitude for me.
Sparkling Red
Oh yes, the David story is continuing to go well. She is keeping her kittens safe, though Slim knows where they are and is most eager to play.
Riot Kitty
Don't know if I should tell you. You have my home address and my phone number and might need a handout:}

Actually I was leading and it was a role I fought NOT to have but as it turns out, it is a good fit for me. The first definition of “windfall” pertains to apples caused to fall from the tree because of high winds.
Arkansas Patti
Okay, you are in that column:)
