FREE KITTENS

Another surprise in the hen house. It looks like the nest boxes are continuing as a nursery for the cats. Aren't these three little kittens the cutest!!!

Here they are with their mama Boomer.

  1. So cute! And Boomer looks like a good mom. I love how they are all curled up together.

  5. Isn't it funny how Mama cats love to be in cramped spaces with their kittens?

My cats always loved a SMALL box to have their kitties in. I suppose they feel safer all smushed together that way.

I hope Chicklet and Jack Bauer are not having any shoot-outs near this peaceful scene.

  7. How cute. If I were anywhere near you I'd take the gray one even though I already have 3 cats and 2 dogs. Yes, I'm a sucker for animals.

  8. Awww. Takes me back to my childhood when we always seemed to have a litter of three kittens to play with.

  11. Lynn – Yes they get so close it is sometimes difficult to know if there is one big cat or four.

Lucy Stern – The kittens will find a way to nurse no matter how Boomer is tucked in.

Changes in the wind – I am sure she feels safe, especially when the hen house is closed up at night to keep away predators.

Sonny – Right now it looks like the gray one is solid gray – no white at all. They are all so adorable.

LL Cool Joe – Sorry your partner is allergic or I would ship you one:)

Nancy – You are so funny. Did you see where I posted one of your comments on one of my blog posts recently? The soap opera you wrote?

    Tabor – I get it:)

Rae – It is always such a treat to find new life on the estate.

Cube – The gray one seems to be a favorite. Guess the kittens will have to stay here and become working barn cats like their mama.

Pat MacKenzie – Perhaps three is a normal litter and that’s why the poem is about three little kittens losing their mittens. Thanks for visiting me and commenting. I’ll be over to see you soon.

Talon – Amen. You always say things so well.

Riot Kitty – Come on, get one or ALL THREE. You know you want them.
