That's a lot of them there!
The first time I saw a hummingbird I was 4 or 5 years old and it scared me half to death. I thought it was a giant bee! I ran screaming into the house, pulling my mom outside to show her this terrifying spectacle! Now...I think they're absolutely beautiful, almost 50 years down the line! I'm really in to helping out Mason Bees and have two houses on my back porch. I live in the city, but I try to encourage wildlife in my little spot on the globe as much as I can. Oh, and I'm a first-time visitor...saw your comment at Oma's and decided to come say hello! I've been reading your entire page and enjoying every bit of it! Have a great weekend.
