My parents let us each have a 10th birthday party. Mine was at the skating rink and a ton of friends were there and lots of presents received. Never had another like it in my 77 years.
I'm hoping a future birthday wll be my best, maybe my 80th when I can have all the family together and the babies will be older so they can play and enjoy party food.
