This is for my memory book. Last Saturday Tulsa, Oklahoma USA was hit by 100 MPH winds. Over 1/3 of Tulsa and other surrounding areas have been without power since then. Also many trees have been downed including the giant pecan tree in my son's backyard. My son and grands have been commuting from their various homes to their jobs from my home 80 miles away. Not only have I inherited the family, I have their dogs too. It will be at least another two days before power is restored in their homes.

So sorry for all the damage but glad they survived.
ReplyDeleteThe power of nature! Sacry scene.
ReplyDeleteMother Nature sure can throw a temper tantrum!
ReplyDeleteI am glad they are ok.
ReplyDeleteIt's just like that here after a hurricane. I'm glad they came through okay and as awful as it is, everything can be fixed which is a blessing.
ReplyDeleteOh! Dear! My thoughts and best wishes are with you all, Annie...take good care...keep safe. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteWe had trees coming down all over in my city too, with several areas losing power for a few hours. My suburb was fine, but 'no-one' lost power for a couple of hours and there was flooding as well in the hills areas here.
ReplyDeleteWow--- It seems will never have "normal" weather again.
ReplyDeleteThese things happen so suddenly.
