Oddly I don't pick comedy movies and there is only one that I saw that made me laugh out loud and that was Some Like It Hot. You can see how long it has been. The last lines,"Nobody's perfect" made me laugh so hard I embarrassed my date.
Also, “The Gods Must be Crazy, I & II” are both so funny, you will laugh till you cry. Hard to find. Available on DVD at Amazon or used on EBay. You can occasionally catch it on TV, but not often. We rewatch from time to time and laugh just as hard as the first time.
I think the newest Suicide Squad had me laughing out loud as much as anything has for a while. Nothing topped Tom Jones when I saw it the first time back in '63.
Caddyshack and Beverly Hills Cop. Both are funny.
