WET FELINE by Granny Annie
Lucy was not happy to be in the water. She watched the other cats gather and cheer her on as he paddled toward the bank of the pond. Out of breath, this soaked kitty curled up on land to linger a while. Lucy found solace as she rested from the cold and near destruction. The feline friends all began to lick her in an attempt to get her warm and dry. Her memory was a flood of the previous times she had been thrown in this pond by the enigmatic neighbor. It would always be a mystery why Mr. McGregor found it necessary to pick on Lucy. It wasn't like she was Peter Rabbit eating in the farmer's garden.
