Because of the pandemic, I have been stress free due to exercise, breathing and sleeping but the sudden upsurge of visitors has caused socialization to cause me the most stress.
I don't have very much stress since I retired. If I do have issues with stress it's usually people that I don't care to be around. I remove myself from them and all is well.
I have always kept my stress down with eating right, vitamins, herbs, exercise and doing what I want and not what other's think I should be doing. Ohhh and saying NO.
The election and getting both shots helped a lot. And I avoid watching the news channel owned by a 90 year old Australian who is married to Mick Jagger's ex. The world has gotten so weird. I listen to mostly classical music. That helps.

I have issues with stress that have caused me health issues. Due to the pandemic I've had no time alone. I need that more than anything at the moment.

ReplyDeleteStep away from technology and media. Meditation and yoga. Read a real book, write, or do something creative.
