Cooking would be my wish. Not just heating things up or preparing easy things but knowing what ingredients to replace others and what spices to use, etc.
I would love to learn how to crochet....or should I say get my left hand to accept that it (not its right knitting ‘mate’) is the wool holder. It just doesn’t want to do it.
