Democrats. Try as I might, I cannot find one good thing about the party in general to like/tolerate about them. Long time Republican who has been living in a Democrat controlled state for 30+ years. In my entire life, I've actually found one local Democrat I can support, but beyond that, there is nothing else that they do that I can support.

DeleteExercise. I do not hate it, but have to reward myself with the TV on to a mundane and easy to follow show. I have been watching all seven years of Gilmore Girls and will have to look for something new soon. (Regarding the post above, I like SOME Republicans.)

DeleteCooked greens, like turnip greens, mustard greens, and collard greens. There was a time when i didn't mind them cooked, then i ate them when pregnant and got so very sick that now i can only eat them raw in salads.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, i will tell my Bigger Girl about peanut butter and mustard. She, like one of the great uncles, loves mustard (he used to eat it on everything, even his ice cream).

ReplyDeleteI think political correctness is something I've tried to at least understand but can't. In fact "political correctness" seems like an oxymoron to me. I bet Dr Seuss would agree.
