Being healthy; being happy (as much as one possible can be, I guess); commonsense; kindness; thoughtfulness; banning stupidity and ignorance.

I could go on 'cause they are many...but 'cause there are...I won't take up any more of your time.

Feeding and clothing the poor and ill, really anyone in any kind of need. My faith, but feeding and clothing the poor counts heavily in that. Ending breast cancer and comforting those going through treatment.

I am a monthly donor to World Vision, the Kids Helpline (Canadian counselling services for children and teens), and Second Harvest (a Toronto charity that distributes unused food from the restaurant/catering industry and grocery stores to people who need help putting a meal on the table).

Education, not just academic, but in health and general living, for those poverty ridden peoples in third world countries. For the adults particularly, who have been raised to think that women and children are chattels. Too many charities focus on the children, I think educating the adults is as important, then a new world for the children will quite naturally come about, although that will take time. A long, long, time.

  8. Granny Annie...they are a hound of some kind and they do use them for types of competitive hunting, but I think it is NOT fox hunting, because I asked her that and she said "no".
