# 25 JUST THE THREE OF US

This is post is number 25 in the marathon.

Here I am with my siblings.  That's me safe in the middle.

Here we are again and this time I'm on the left. They were "Joe and Josephine College" at the time so I was moved outside the circle.  See how nicely my sister learned to pose at university.

I not only had parents to look after me when I was growing up, my siblings have nurtured me all my life. Ron swears my brother and sister paid him to take me off their hands. Honestly, how much troubled could one girl be?

  1. You were the spoiled little brat in the family I see. So was I. The last of 7 spread over 19 years.
It's good to see kids who seem to like each other as you three do. (at least outward appearances would indicate that.)
We've had very few problems in our family of siblings.

  2. I don't know...for some reason I think you could be a handful sometimes. ;-)

  3. Cliff -- You are the youngest of 7??? Wow, that explains a lot. I am going to make a guess that Marilyn is one of the older of her siblings. Ron and I work so well because I am a youngest and he is the oldest of five.

Tabor -- If my mom were alive I'm sure she would agree:)

  4. I love those old photos - I have a ton of them, too. I'll bet your brother and sister loved you very much.

  5. Marilyn is the middle of 3. They get along well. One lives in NZ. The oldest.

  6. Wonderful photos. It is a nice thing having such devoted siblings. Lucky you.

  7. Cliff -- Oh poor Marilyn. That middle child has it bad. They have to both serve the others and entertain. All the middles are usually great folks and certainly tend to tolerate "babies" like us better than most.

Rae -- Oh yes, as much as I give them a hard time, I am very blessed by them. Now there was a time (like when they would hide under my bed and jump out and scare me) that I wouldn't have said that. LOL

  8. Lynn -- We all get along great and our spouses, thankfully, manage to tolerate us. The call themselves the "outlaws".

  11. Everytime someone got married we had a family pic- now we intruduce the old results as "The Griswalds" lol- Funky '70's styles! There's 5 sibs in ours, n Big Bro Wild Bill always got 2 bunny ear fingers over somebody's head! Every pic!

    Very nice pics!

  12. Chatty Crone -- There seems to be a general consensus growing that I might have been some kind of trouble maker.

    Riot Kitty -- Absolutely!

Snaggle Tooth -- The grandkids all do the bunny ears but when we were kids we didn't make funny photos. My parent's wouldn't have such nonsense since we would be "wasting film".
