I am always doodling out some cartoon or other. Rarely does anyone think they are funny but I crack myself up.
Ron and I were leaving one of his treatment appointments. Outside at the valet parking one of our friends in a power chair was awaiting his community senior citizen bus. It seems that it had broken down and he was stranded until they could send a replacement.
Here is an idea for a cartoon I scribbled out about a solution for that.
Well, Annie, it DID make me laugh!!
ReplyDeletekenju -- Oh yea!!!
ReplyDeleteWell - I did have to laugh. :) Love your doodle!
ReplyDeleteOk lord that's funny!!!
ReplyDeleteLynn -- So you "had to" laugh because it was funny or you "had to" laugh because you knew I would kick and scream if you didn't? LOL My grandkids all love my doodles even if they don't like the cartoon.
ReplyDeleteBrown English Muffin -- You said it just the way I wanted. Thanks.
That is so funny - not to the seniors involved though.
ReplyDeleteLove the laughs, thanks!
ReplyDeleteHa ha, that cracked me up!
ReplyDeleteAnnie,
ReplyDeleteWhat's so funny about that?
EVERYTHING!!!!!!
Great idea.....I will mention it to my mom at "The Home"! She will definitely get a good laugh out of it.
ReplyDelete: )
Pat Mackenzie -- The power chair my mother had was so strong,I believe a few of those could have pulled a van. I think the seniors might think it was a good idea.
ReplyDeleteRiot Kitty -- To think I made you laugh and there wasn't even a cat in the drawing.
LL Cool Joe -- That is high praise indeed. Thanks.
Nancy -- You are the best. By the way have your bananas ripened enough to make the bread yet and if so, did the cranberries work in it? I haven't tried that yet.
Grammie -- I believe you mom would have the right sense of humor to get a kick out of that. My best bet would be that they could think of a lot of things to do with those power chairs.
Annie,
ReplyDeleteI'm working on it. Every day I feel the bananas and check their color. I'm waiting till they are perfect. This cake is going to be the BEST!
I couldn't find cranberries at our store so I thought something the same color would do, so I bought watermelon. Do you think that will be OK?
Nancy -- You may have something there. Give it a try and tell me how it goes:) LOL
ReplyDeleteLOL!!Not too bad!
ReplyDeleteOMG! This makes me LOL very loud.
ReplyDeleteYou are brilliant. sandie
ReplyDeleteYou have a very creative mind!
ReplyDeleteI wonder how fast powerchairs can go... funny soluton
ReplyDeleteI think this is to cute. You made me smile
ReplyDeleteThat is AWESOME! I take this as a sign that we are kindred spirits. My brain does stuff like that too.
ReplyDeleteYou may really be on to something here! ~ j///b
ReplyDeleteLife in the BGV – Glad you liked it.
ReplyDeleteBonnie (Borninazoo) – Now that’s what I want!
Chatty Crone – Brilliant? Wow thanks Sandie.
Susan Adcox – My family usually says I have a warped mind. It’s nice to hear “creative” Thanks.
Snaggle Tooth – Plus I wonder how many it would take to pull a van? My mother had a very powerful power chair that was built to ride on the highway in case of a breakdown. It had tires that were as good as vehicle tires.
Casey – And it didn’t cost a dime. LOL
Sparkling Red – How scary is that? LOL
LZ Blogger – Let me know when you see that happening along the highway on one of your many adventures. Then you will know I was on to something:)
At first I thought they were going backwards - and then got the message. Funny:)
ReplyDeleteI got it right away and it is funny to me.. great cartoon..
ReplyDeletePat -- I guess it could look like they are going backwards. Glad you got it.
ReplyDeleteancient one -- I am happy that you got it right away. Perhaps I should draw it a little more formally.
