WHEN IN FRANCE

I

Isn't there an expression about "When in France, do as the French"? Anyway my sister is babysitting two grandchildren in Chicago this week and she might as well be in France. It seems my sis has been a bit lax and broken protocol a few times. This caused her seven year old granddaughter (the drama queen) to have a bit of a meltdown. The four year old grandson tried to console his grandmother by telling her, "GaaMaw, I don't think you know all the rules".

  1. I don't think anyone ever knows all the rules, as they constantly change from day to day. Beautiful kids!

  9. I think children have meltdowns every so often no matter what you do! My gkids love it when I bend rules so they stay up a little later or get goodies unexpectedly.

It's good to be flexible sometimes, I think. Of course, I'm not putting up with the fit!

Looks like the french wear red too! Especially on St Pats Day- I know cause my Mother was french.
