I wish I looked like slim. I will be spending the day straightening up and taking down the Christmas tree and packing up the decorations. Eating lamb chops tonight.

Thankfully I don't look like Slim this morning but I easily could have. I did drink yesterday for the first time on New Years Eve in about 25 years!

Happy New Year! I had a quiet New Years Eve. Just sat around here alone and did stay awake until midnight! I am drinking a Bloody Mary right now! So unlike me, but it sounded so good, and I bought the stuff for it awhile ago. I will try to guess on the color me good.

ReplyDeleteI watched the Rose Bowl parade and say the Broken Arrow band march by...I was wondering which two boys were your grandsons....I also saw the BOA honor band march by....So Cool....

It gives a grandma chills to watch her grandchildren on TV. We got to see Dillon march straight into the camera lens as the Broken Arrow band turned the corner at the Rose Parade and in the final shot we saw Ryan. Well, we saw his drum but by the time we moved our eyes from the drum to his face, they were gone.
