HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY
Special thanks to our Nation's dedicated Military volunteers who devote their lives to protect lives and guard our freedom.
Our #2 grandson was home from an undisclosed country in the middle east for the 4th, which is also his mom's birthday. Wherever he was, the temp was up to 125°. He flew long shifts while sitting in a small seat, listening to chatter, decoding Arabic messages. He will be home at a SAC base for a couple of months and then back there for a couple of months. It was so good to see him, healthy in body and spirit....I thank God for our military and pray that they all come home to their families when the job is done.

ReplyDeleteI have a friend who's son is over in Iraq right now. This is his second tour and he has since married and has a baby on the way......
