FROGGIES IN THE HOLE
I have been wondering what Silkie eggs are good for. They are the perfect size for Froggies In The Hole!
Butter both sides of your bread and cut a hole in the center.
Break the cute little perfect size Silkie egg in the center and toast your bread pieces on the grill . (Bigger eggs spill out onto the grill and make it difficult to evenly toast the bread.)
Toast and turn and toast to your desired egg hardness and serve. Put a dab of jelly or honey on the toasted center. YUMMY!
