The Whole Truth
The Dean of Women at OCU Freshmen Orientation in 1964 told us never to wear patent leather shoes because they reflect up our dresses and never to wear polka dots because they fall in suggestive places. Well, this morning I found the REAL reason never to wear polka dots – chickens will mistake them for food and attack you!
