QUESTION OF THE WEEK...03-30-2026
HAVE YOU OR SOMEONE YOU LOVE CHEATED THE GRIM REAPER AND HOW MANY TIMES?
Sadly, we have too many relatives and friends who weren't able to doge Mr.GR in the last 3 months. Is it because it's winter even though we don't have true winters in Hawaii?
Yes, once, because I couldn't fall asleep. If I had, I wouldn't have felt myself start to hemorrhage after my second son was born and I'd have bled to death in my sleep instead of calling for help.
Myself: once when I died twice on the operating table, so maybe that counts as twice? Also the time I crashed my motorbike into a car and didn't even get a headache. My ex-the-first: surviving two heart attacks. And still living.
Twice for sure. Once when I was 18 mos. old and once when I was a hostage in a bank robbery at age 40.
