THURSDAY ART AND DINNER DATE
Rain's word for today is "Favorite Animal"
Of course mine is my doggy Frankie....

Dinner Date = Mexican Cornbread
In a large bowl mix 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix, 1 lb cooked ground beef,1 can Rotel, 1 can creamed corn, 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning, 8 oz triple cheddar cheese, two eggs, 1 cup milk, mix up real, real well...
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan put in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes
Take out of oven and add another 8 oz. triple cheddar cheese and put back in oven for about 5 minutes.
Frankie looks like a terrific dog!

ReplyDeleteAhhh...I love all animals...and I so loved my now passed two beautiful cats, Remy and Shama. I miss them still...I always will.
