That's WAY too much snow. Amazing photo. I was in a ND blizzard one time: it was snowing side-to-side and the ground too frozen to bury my father-in-law. They tend to wait until spring for those duties. I had one patient who was a rancher, very anxious to get home in rural Kansas in spite of the horrid winter. It seems when the snow drifts alternately freeze, thaw a bit in the sun, and refreeze, it can bank up against fencing so firmly that cows can walk over the solid drifts and fence into the next property. The rancher was anxious to get home and gather up his roaming cows! Linda in Kansas
