As I get older I find that simply existing takes more and more time. I find it harder to find the time for living. Usually about two hours late at night...
Good questions Liz. Living is what I did when I was young, having something to look forward to. Existing is what I do now at old age.

My cardiologist recently recommended that I start living. Thanks I'm not making much of an effort.

ReplyDeleteExisting is just drawing a breath and taking up space. Living is having goals and engaging with others--kind of like blogging.
