If
you want to see America's melting pot, watch these true trauma ER
programs. Doctors, nurses, first responders, patients of all national
origins, races, genders working together to stop suffering. There is no
object other than to help fellow American's survive horrific ordeals.
Very true
ReplyDeleteThat is how we should be and in some areas we are. It can be done.
ReplyDeleteAnd how I wish the rest of the country/world would take note and follow their excellent example.
ReplyDeleteAnd we need to thank them for their service and dedication. I just wish we could all be kind.
ReplyDeleteMore people throughout the world should take note of the selflessness of such folk in situations beyond the imagination of others, like me, would never want to find themselves in.

ReplyDeleteLee said it beautifully. More than anything I wish everyone could understand that masks are primarily to protect others. Oh well... Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteI think many of us do work and play like this - the small percentage spoils it for the rest. Hope you're well, Annie.
ReplyDeleteI have noticed that also and am filled with admiration for their courage and devotion to saving lives even as people disregard safe practices and think only of themselves.
ReplyDeleteAnd their is no pushing and shoving to take credit for themselves either.
