Oddly it depends on the season. Summers I like Japanese food and winters I look for richer meals. If I am in the city I want to eat at a fancy restaurant.
C'est la vie, a local french restaurant, within walking distance of the hovel. They are open til 3pm, after that my choice is: Hudson's Bar & Grill, best steak, and bread pudding.
When we go out to eat, we usually like to go to old restaurants that have been around for fifty years or more and that still maintain that same original charm (Rob)
Not often for me. Though a bit ago we were digging the Co-Op because Tim and I found out, they cook similar to my own food. However, the last bill was 35 bucks and that pretty much made my stomach turn sour at high the bill was and we haven't eaten there since.

ReplyDeleteIt is a very long time since I have eaten out. Turkish food is always a winner.

ReplyDeleteI don't eat out unless I'm invited by a family member, usually to celebrate a birthday or something, then the choice of venue is theirs.
ReplyDeleteSomewhere that serves things I would not make at home. Right now I am into this place that serves middle eastern fare. It's delicious.

ReplyDeleteMy latest is The Queen's Head in Minehead who do delicious Thai food. An all time favourite is the Blue Boar on Exmoor.
