Here is my TRUE story for
Words For Wednesday with photo proof:-)
FRANKIE SAGA by Granny Annie
I could not find my young dog Frankie. It was a ludicrous moment when I saw her peeking out from behind the curtain. She had found a new activity balancing on the window sill in order to look out. It was definitely a rebellious choice and one that I was skeptical about allowing. I still had to acknowledge Frankie's creativity. Plus it was so laughable I could not begrudge her another of her many antics.
I only used the first six words in this true story (see picture). Meanwhile, the second six words would fit well in the story and I invite you to continue the saga yourselves by posting another paragraph in the comments using:
Philosophy
Foolhardy
Advantage
Flawless
Discovery
Canopy
Thank you again Lee for
so many challenging words this week:-)
Look who took me up on my challenge to use the other six words.

Grannie Annie with her open-minded foolhardy philosophy was willing to let her dog Frankie make the discovery of the window sill with the curtain as her canopy and her flawless nose peaking out. I do believe, Grannie Annie that sweet little critter has taken advantage of you.
Love it.
Frankie's philosopy is obviously based on her flawless understanding of your character. It sounds as if the discovery that her charm would allow her to continue to indulge in foolhardy acts without punishment gives her the advantage. And what dog, wouldn't love to be framed by tha gauzy canopy while surveying the world?

Bwhahaha! You definitely have to let her keep doing that.
ReplyDeleteThe bad part is that Frankie may still be a pup but she weighs 50 pounds!

ReplyDeleteLove it Monica! Will post on the page with mine. Thanks for playing.
DeleteCute story.
ReplyDeleteThank you Delores. I also loved your story about the faeries.
DeleteClever you and clever changes in the wind.
ReplyDeleteThanks Olga. It seemed like the picture of my pup needed to be incorporated. And Changes did a bang-up job with her followup using the rest of the words.
DeleteI love it when dogs entertain us. Much better that anything Hollywood produces.
ReplyDeleteEveryone was skeptical about me getting a second dog but all it did was double my entertainment.
DeleteYou are so creative, Annie! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kay:-) Did you, Art and your mom ever have any pets?
DeleteLove the cute, true story and the picture made up for the unused words.
ReplyDeleteThanks Patti. Now go back and read the story ending that Elephant's Child also wrote.
DeleteLove it.

Thanks EC. Loved your new story ending and the use of the second six. You are a talented and good sport for playing.
DeleteOur beloved pets certainly do keep us entertained. I know my two furry rascals keep me amused. And I love the joy the show each morning,,,they're always eager for me to wake up and show so much affection. Sometimes I'm sure I hear them sigh when they see that I'm still breathing...or perhaps the sigh is from me!! :)
ReplyDeleteWell done, Annie...thanks for participating. :)
Love all my critters but especially my two dogs because they live with me. My poor cats have to stay outside because they have work to do as barn cats.
DeleteGreat picture. Fun story.
ReplyDeleteThank you Happy:-)
DeleteWhat a great way to use the words! I love it. Changes in the wind and Elephant's Child did well with their second chapters too.
ReplyDeleteThank you River. Yes Changes and EC did a great job with their follow up.
