Here is my contribution for this week's WORDS FOR WEDNESDAY.
DRUNKENNESS by Granny Annie
It was the strong brew
That made him bellicose.
He turned into a boxer.
Giving the smoked ham a dose
Of his fists,
His sudden anger showing.
So the patrons yelled
“well that's annoying!”
To stop him from being restless
They showed their acumen
By deciding they should
Cover him in bitumen.
River gave us great words this week didn't she? Looking forward to your take on them.
ReplyDeleteI am helpless and bow to your ease with creating something out of confusion. Can't wait to see how you handle this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out. It would be nice to have more participants.
ReplyDeleteNext week, 29th, is my last week; in July someone else takes over providing the words.
I'd have to look up those words... 2 n 4
ReplyDeleteI don't have alot of time to think these up. Good job including Arnold n Rocky!
You are amazing at this. I would trip over my own fumbles.
ReplyDeleteWell done, Annie. :)
