I have been concentrating on my exercise and reached a huge goal yesterday. (My target has only been 10,000 steps.)
This helps explain why I am not as attentive to my blogging and commenting as I used to be. But I still read everyone.

Isn't the tracker a great incentive? The other night I noticed that I was only 800 steps of my 10,000 steps goal about 8:00 pm. I grabbed my coat, flashlight, and husband and made one more circuit of the neighborhood just to hit the goal again. Reaching your new goal is great! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI love my phone tracker in my s health program on my galaxy 5 phone. I can't afford a Fitbit right now so I'm using that and it's excellent
DeleteCongratulations!! I find it hard to reach the 10,000 even though I work out every other day or so. Are you able to work the steps into your daily chores and routine or are you having to do special walks to meet your goals?
ReplyDeleteTabor, tom is on my exercise bike and some is walking and then some is just my routine count for when I'm doing chores

ReplyDeleteBarb, about 75% is on my exercise bike and the rest is walking. They have made me take my walking a little slower since my hip replacement. I'm building up gradually but the exercise bike is fine
