ReplyDeleteBrite Mist, you should have gone along. I am sure your work would not have allowed your absence . You would of had a great time. It is good to know your mother enjoyed such fun.

Sonny
Sonny, my friend they had so many special little things they would do for us to make us feel comfortable in our travels. They did hold a class on the ship to show us how to make those creature towels and I should have gone.
Deleteomg - you look great! xoxo
ReplyDeleteJessi, I didn't know your old flag was still alive so you can comment. It was fun to go back and look at some of those things. Glad you can see these pics.
DeleteI wish I had something to remind me what day is is. They all rush together lately. What lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteJan thanks again for dropping by. It's fun to know you.
DeleteDon't stop! I love seeing these pics. And love seeing you so well and happy. Love those greeters you get in your room. :)
ReplyDeleteHugs!
Lynn, glad you enjoyed the pictures. I hope to get caught up on my blogging pretty soon. Have missed seeing all your good things
DeleteHaving been on a number of small cruises, these are familiar. I do love the way they make sure guests are well taken care of. I am also glad they tell you what day of the week is. People must be in another world when on vacation. I am going on an Alaska cruise this June...so will compare notes.
ReplyDeleteTabor, I cannot wait to compare notes on our Alaska cruises we traveled on Holland America. Will you travel with them also?
DeleteOMG! I LOVE your chicken sweater! Where on earth did you find it? I NEED one. NEED!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if there is a book to show how to make animals out of towels? What a fun thing to do with kids. And adults!
Please keep the pictures coming. :-)
Birdie, my sister bought me my chicken sweater a few years ago in Florida. I love it so much and strangers stopped me to ask me about it.
DeleteYou can keep posting these images just as often as you like. Please. Pretty please.
ReplyDeleteElephant's child, I wish I could keep going but the rest of my pictures aren't very good I wish I had some of my brother in laws because his are fantastic
DeleteIt would be fun as a joke to put the wrong day up on the mat...that'd confuse everyone!! :)
ReplyDeleteLee, as always you make me laugh. You would do something like that wouldn't you? Lol
DeleteHa, the cruise lines must realize seniors need reminders as to what day it is. Love your chicken sweater. Wear it proud.
ReplyDeleteArkansas Patti, it is very important for us Senior to be told what day it is otherwise we don't have a clue. And I do where my chicken sweater so proud.
DeleteGreat pictures...made me smile!
ReplyDeleteOlga Hebert, it makes me happy to make you smile. At first I wished Ron had been on the trip with us until I realized he would have probably tried to take over. We could have had a mutiny
DeleteGreat photos!! The night time greeters look a wee bit creepy though! :D My mother-in-law loves going on cruises too.
ReplyDeleteLove the chicken cardigan. :D
Ll cooljoe, only you would find those precious critters creepy. Lol
DeleteToday's mat says, "Saturday." Just wanted to make you think like you were back on your fun cruise ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the sweater. The towel sheep/monkey are almost too cute to take apart and dry off with.
Cube, Well you did confuse me cuz I didn't read this till Sunday.
DeleteI love the yellow sweater on you!!
ReplyDeleteThe towel critters are cute. I had them in our stateroom nightly when we cruised to the Bahamas.
I love seeing your pics - post as many as you like. It's a great trip!!
Kenju, you are such an enthusiastic supporter. Thanks for your comment always.
DeleteOh my gosh, those photos are so much fun! I love the elevator mats, the towel monkeys, and your chicken cardigan, in order of increasing awesomeness. :-)
ReplyDeleteYour trip looks wonderful. I went to the Canadian Rockies this spring, and it was glorious. I'm still wanting to do Alaska. So glad you got to go.
ReplyDeleteDon't stop now, you look so happy! Catching up on posts ;)
ReplyDeleteSparkling Red, thanks for your comment. My sweater is definitely the most awesome. My sister got it for me a few years ago in Florida but I had to lose this weight to wear it comfortably again.
ReplyDeleteBeverly, do Alaska soon. It has to be the best. Hard to believe people get to live there all the time!
ReplyDeleteRiot Kitty, there you are! You said to keep you posted, so here it all is. I think I'm done with Alaska but now that my hip is repaired I'm hoping to go lots more places -- like to visit family and friends. Who knows, I might end up in Oregon:-)
ReplyDeleteLove the ice sculpture and the picture of you in the rain:)
ReplyDeleteGoing to tough for you to top this pics later! So awesome! Love the sweater n the greeters.
ReplyDeleteSo very jealous of your Alaska adventures. I really really want to do something like this, not sure if siblings will be involved, but still. I want to go to Alaska.
