    1. SONNY G., I will agree that my daughter is adorable. To think of myself as adorable at 68 years of age is a bit of a stretch but thank you anyway my dear friend. Hugs to you

    1. PAT MACKENZIE, it is funny that I am the one holding the camera when it was me who had the hand surgery. You can tell I'm a bit controlling.

  14. So pleased I haven't lost you! Life gets a bit dull these days, and its hard to blog with anything interesting! I'm not taking the blog down, maybe I'll add to it when Spring comes and I can get out more than just taking the dog for a walk in the park! Lovely to see what you look like! Daughters are very useful, aren't they! ;)

    1. GILLY, to say daughters are useful is definitely an understatement when it comes to my girl. She takes good care of her mama as does her brother.

  15. You had a great opening to the new year. You need one of those new contraptions that extend the camera off into the air for selfies...so strange. Love your new header. Reminds me of Picasso in his blue period. Those photos are all inspiring.

  16. TABOR I didn't know they had invented something to help take a selfie. That seems to be going a bit far. Glad you liked my digital art. It was a favorite of mine from 2014.

  20. Header, Venus De Milo at the pool-side near a restaurant window...?
Yay! you're out of the Big House, n of course the daughter is always gorgeous in Photos.

The other thing that helps me with self-portraits is the timer function n a pile of books to hold up the cam on the table. Of course many of those tries get deleted as well...

    Yep cute tutorial!

Hope that drawing arm ends up better than ever for drawing ASAP!
