ReplyDeleteLL Cool Joe -- When I go to your post and leave a comment, I check the "follow up comment" box and then as other people commented on your post I would get to read what they thought too.
Tabor -- When someone leaves a comment on my post, I always try to say something back like I am doing here. But if you didn't know about follow up comments you probably don't know that I do that. LOL
When this format changed yesterday - I had just typed in my fourth try - that's FOURTH! - word verification words on someone's blog. I thought they changed it just for me to make it easier to read or something. :)

I don't like these changes very much.
ReplyDeleteFortunately, I changed the way I moderate months prior so that the word verify is not there anymore.
From what I've read elsewhere, in order to disable the word verify, you have to briefly switch to the old interface and disable it that way. Once you do that, then you can switch back to the new dashboard.
Supposedly you should be able to find the link to the old under that funky button that looks like a metal gear.
I'm not liking all these changes. I really hate the new word verification. I'm going to have to use it again because I'm getting so much SPAM, but I'll feel guilty because I know people hate doing it.

I hate the new comment page, because the white is too bright for my tired night eyes... I have to darken my monitor.

Guess I should read up the blogger Buzz page on the dashboard again.
Did anyone even know that I was leaving follow up comments on each of your comments on my posts?
ReplyDeleteI guess I don't use blogger enough to notice. And I knew you left comments for others and myself without using the follow up just because I know that's what you do. I guess I better check into this some more.
