READ THE CIRCLED ITEM

Everyone has complained about my handwriting all my life. Now I have reached the point where I cannot read it either.

Leaving for the store yesterday I suddenly remembered something left off the list. I quickly jotted it down and having old-timers disease, as quickly forgot what it was. Looking at the list did not help because I could not read what I wrote.

Can you read the circled item above? Help me out here. I guess it wasn't too vital since whatever it was hasn't been missed....yet.

BREAKING NEWS 1-17-11: I remembered. It says "thin white crew socks". Suddenly it is so clear isn't it? Thanks for all you comments and guesses:)

  1. It says: "cherry pie ingredients...invite Cliff over."

  2. Cliff -- That is great but I'm afraid I only bake cherry pie when using our own fresh cherries from our tree. Will let you know when that happens next and you're welcome to drop in:)

  3. I think it says "New glasses - extra strong"

  4. lol @ both Cliff and Joey's comments :)

I truly can't make it out...one word looks like crow - but I'm pretty sure you're not eating any of that, Annie! lol!

  5. LL Cool Joe -- Oh yes you are clever. However I think a handwriting course might be more in order. LOL

Talon -- Nope I'm pretty sure crow wasn't on my list but I've certainly eaten plenty of that in my lifetime:)

  6. It's too blurry for me, Annie.

  7. I thought I could read anything since I taught school for a hundred years, but I can't help you out. Enlarging the photo made it a bit blurry.

  8. I think it says re-focus the camera...at least that is what it says to me.

  9. Cliff's comment made me laugh out loud. :) It's so fuzzy that I can't make it out - I have a cataract that needs to come out and that's kind of what looking out of that eye with no glasses looks like right now. :)

  11. On my screen it all looks to fuzzy to read. No one can read my handwriting and I don't understand why either, so I think it is everyone else's fault and not yours ;)

  12. Too fuzzy! Whatever it was, if you need it, it will make itself known soon enough.

  13. It just doesn't get much nicer than grandkids visits does it? ~ j///b

  14. I'm usually really good at deciphering type- even fuzzy. But this one seems abbreviated to me, as I always do. Even that way, it doesn't make sense- Perhaps it's a strange named item!

I see "Thick, White, Cleo Safe"
or perhaps "Thik Whit Clea(r) Sala"
I hope it doen't suddenlty become a critical needed thing missing a letter or two! Good Luck!

  15. Kenju – Yes the photo is pretty blurred but, believe me, clearing it up any would not have made a difference.

Qandlequeen – Thanks for giving it some thought.

Beverly – When I concentrate on my writing it is a bit more legible. I’m afraid my teachers were very frustrated with me.

    Tabor – Hum, good guess:)

Lynn – Yep that Cliff is a comedian alright. Good luck with your cataract progress. I don’t have them yet but expect them any day.

JeanMac – I’m betting your broken arm hasn’t helped your writing much.

Riot Kitty -- I like your analysis by placing blame on others.

Rosaria – you are absolutely right. I have remembered and am getting ready to disclose what it says.

LZ Blogger – You are so right about the grandkids visits.

Snaggle Tooth – I have remembered and am getting ready to announce what it says. You came closest here and my god-daughter came closest on Facebook. At least you both got the first letters of each word correct.

This sounds exactly like something I would do. I am always in such a rush and scribbling stuff everywhere. I end up not being able to find my notes or not being able to read them when I do. How can we be so rushed when we are supposed to be retired? Have a good week.

  18. southernlady64 -- You certainly are right about that. I often wonder the same thing.
