Appendectomy. I was in grade school and kept telling my mom that my side hurt really badly. No one paid any attention until I couldn't walk anymore. I was rushed to the doctors office and then by ambulance to the hospital.
When I was a kid I fell and sliced my wrist on the edge of some raw concrete. It was a mess, but eventually healed. I thought nothing of the scar until I was older when people saw it and thought I had intentionally tried to be unalive.
Wiping out on my bicycle in gravel while riding down a hill when I was 10. The scar is on my knee.

I don't have any visible scars unless I walk around naked and that's not happening!
ReplyDeleteHad a broken arm, and the cast itched so bad I would reach down in there and scratch with whatever. I really raked it up and it is still scarred.

ReplyDeleteMine is on my knee. Fell on a cement fence trying to walk across and cut my knee to the bone when I fell.
