ReplyDeleteLots of things, actually. Though too many to share here. The main one, sleep, sleep, sleep. When sick, sleep works the best for me.
ReplyDeleteI have several home remedies but I think my favorite is ACV for just about everything.
ReplyDeleteOlive leaf extract and oil of oregano, both are great at stopping something before it starts.
