I silently count things__stair steps, number of scoops it takes to fill a canister, number of towels in a load of clothes, actually just about anything that I am doing if it has a numerical value.
Crumbs I didn't realise I had so many. I talk to myself, I go to bed really late, I count washing putting it into the washer and hanging it on the line to dry. Think that started when I was washing nappies & then hanging them out to dry, must have worried I'd lost one! I could go on but I won't, might start to think I'm odd!
I hum. Not any tune, just random sounds.
