JUST LIKE KIDS

My 50 year old son and my 24 year old granddaughter loved acting crazy at our 3 person Thanksgiving.  I think they got high on turkey.

They are playing a game she learned on TikTok

The scissors were to cut the string on the water bottles.

The plate with whipped cream was supposed to fly in his face.

Instead he caught it and got it in her face.

I was glad when she put down the scissors.

Still the encounter continued.

But it was a happy ending.

    1. My granddaughter had fun but my son was just going along with the game to keep the peace.

    1. Yes that is true and for some reason they blame me for all their crazy stunts.

    1. They were reenacting some crazy Tik-Tok game. I don't really know what tik-tok is.

    1. At least we got to have a family Zoom with everyone, even LA, England, Berlin and Florida. The rest of us were in the heartland.

  8. You let them play with whipped cream over a carpeted floor? You are braver then I am, I would have made them play in the kitchen where the floor is more easily cleaned. I'm a mean mother, sticky foods like icypoles and toffee apples were always eaten outside where the kids could be hosed off after.

    1. It was not a matter of "letting them". My granddaughter was in charge.

  9. Well, that was a much more colorful and silly Thanksgiving than our drab meet up on the phone. YOu are lucky to have such a creative day with loved ones.

    1. It was wonderful that they could come and share this day with me. We did miss our usual gathering with my daughter and all the rest of the grands, but it was great.

  10. It doesn't take a house full of people to have fun, just a small group with a sense of humor. Happy Thanksgiving!

  11. They look like a fun couple. I see your dog was wondering what was going on though.
