What do you typically have for breakfast?
Coffee and toast with peanut butter.
sausage and an egg and a buttered roll
oatmeal water and coffee
oatmeal water? without the oatmeal?
Cold cereal or a small bagel with cream cheese.
Yogurt and an apple. What do you eat? Bacon and eggs?
Half a bagel with real butter and some hard cheddar cheese. Occasionally a hamburger patty with it.
I start work so early that I just have a coffee.
Two slices of peanut butter whole wheat toast and cashew milk.
Several cups of tea. Perhaps a piece of fruit.
On work days, it is always Cheerios. On days off, it is bacon and eggs; either on a bagel or on bread. (Rob)
Cheerios and coffee...not coffee in my Cheerios though.
Hot porridge in the winter, with either almondmeal and hazelnutmeal, or chopped dried fruits depending on how I feel.
In the summer I have yoghurt and fruit, usually bananas, sometimes strawberries. And always, a spoonful of malt extract, a syrup made from barley, full of B vitamins.

Go Lean Toasted Berry Crisp with non-fat Greek yogurt and seasonal fresh fruit, usually blueberries.
Bacon, eggs and NO TOAST. I am trying to give up grains according to Dr. William Davis of UNDOCTORED and WHEAT BELLY.
Breakfast really doesn't feature much on my daily menu...I have a cup/mug of coffee...sometimes a piece or two of fruit. Nothing major. It all depends on how I feel at the time....if I feel like something or not.
Cooked breakfasts rarely, if ever, are part of the equation.

Tea always n sometimes a muffin , croissant, or half a banana from making lunch with the other half (PB n banana sandwich on whole wheat).
It's always eggs and ...
Could be bacon, maybe sausages, could be ham!
With some mushrooms, tomatoes, how about a slice of halloumi too!
So much good food to choose from, but it all starts with egg!
Oh yes, and a cup of tea!
All the best Jan

If
it's very early, just coffee with creamer, no sugar. Once brunch time
rolls along, I always prefer savory over sweet... eggs, sausage or
bacon, potatoes etc..
Coffee and toast with peanut butter.
