EARLY MORNING

Question Of The Week, 4-10-17

What time of the day do you feel the most energetic?  What do you usually accomplish during that time?

Energetic? Me?
HaHaHaHahaHa :)

When I'm not dealing with health stuff, I have a pretty good dose of energy throughout the day. That being said, I LOVE waking at 4:30. My brain loves this time for writing. Absolute heaven.

How about you?

First thing in the morning right up until lunch...then I fade. I get all the important energetic stuff done before lunch....after lunch...(excuse me, after my nap lol) I do the less physical stuff.

I get up two hours before I have to leave for work, so I can get some stuff done, so I'd say very early morning. I unload the dishwasher, water plants, check my bank account online, check emails, and ride my exercise bike before showering and leaving.

Mine comes in fits and starts. No particular time that I can count on and am sometimes surprised when it hits. When it does hit, I try to do something physical that needs energy.

I don't have any special time but the older i get, the earlier I get energetic.

Definitely morning. Early morning. It is not yet light, and I have been up for a couple of hours.
What I get done depends a bit on the other resident. No vacuuming while he is asleep. Sigh.

Early evening. Mostly housework.

On the weekends, late afternoon. During the week, whenever the mood strikes me.

Always early morning. It is my housework time, writing time, caring for animal time. I was raised by my dad's booming voice "Rise and shine!"

Early morning is slug time for me, then I perk up for the rest of the day.

In the morning my brain and body are at their peak, by 10 AM i begin to fade and i do things that require less. up by 6:30 am i am not sure if it qualifies me for "early", especially since i know someone who begins a 4 am

Early morning is my best time, when all is quiet.

It all depends on whether I've indulged my tendency to be a night owl. Early evening is when I become energetic if I've kept late into early morning hours the night before. Otherwise, my energy is most predominate in the morning. This contrasts with my life when I worked full time and as I evolved into part time work unti a couple or so years ago

Mornings, I guess...I like to get things over and done with in the mornings. Once upon a time...back in the dark ages when I was in the workforce I worked long hours from morning through into the night...so I was energetic for hours at a time, day after day because that was the way it was.

Now that I'm ancient and grey...I am my own boss (but don't tell my two cats that...they believe otherwise...the reverse being true, of course)...I try to keep a lid on being too energetic. I don't want to shock myself! ;)

It's getting aggravating not getting to comment here at home! This week all day, usually after working again it will be after work.

Lately it's been in the wee hours. I call 3 am the magical hour because I'm always up. If I can't sleep, I use the time to read or write, but, as always, the TV is on. Even then, I'm up by 5:30 or 6 am. Sleep has never been my friend.
