DID HIERONYMUS SEND HIM?

Yes it was very shocking for both of us. I stepped in the shower and found a visitor there. A little green frog. I picked him up and gently put him outside the door of the house. Needless to say my condition was not one that would have warranted visitors at that moment :-) What the story must this little frog have told his family when he got home?

(I can't help but wonder if Lee's friend Hieronymus  sent him.  LOL)

  1. If you had kissed him would he have turned into a handsome prince?

  3. Ha ha, poor little frog. Now he's free again, to hop into someone else's shower, or maybe bath? Keep a look out!

  4. Nice rescue and release. Bet he was glad to be out of the land of giants.

  5. Big smiles.
I would rather a frog in the shower than a spider. Which has happened.

  9. That's hilarious. Our family was sworn to secrecy for years over what happened to our youngest daughter one fateful morning, but she has finally allowed us to speak about the unfortunate incident.

One morning our youngest went on a routine bathroom call and we heard blood-curdling screams. We raced to the bathroom and our daughter was upset over a large tree frog who had jumped on her when she sat down on the toilet. We looked for the frog and found it in on the tub wall. I've never seen a frog look over its shoulder the way this one did (I didn't know they could do that) and it looked at us with the biggest eyes I've ever seen on a frog. I comforted my daughter by telling her that she scared the frog more than the frog scared her.

I captured it and let it loose all the while keeping from laughing.

  10. Yikes! There was a little frog in the planter I have a big fern in. I pull the fern out to water it and the other day it hopped out. I shrieked. And helped it down from the porch with a gentle push of my broom. :)

  12. I did that with a large spider last week - screaming my head off. Don't think I could manage a frog.
