70 IN DOG YEARS
Today is Slim's 10th Birthday. This makes her 70 in dog years. I will be 70 in June. She got her own plate of bacon, eggs, toast and cheese but gobbled it down before we could snap the picture and sing Happy Birthday. Love this girl. She is the BDITW. (Best Dog In The World).

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to Slim! I love the way dogs gobble up their food in no time at all. Not at all like cats, who just like to graze off and on. When I had Missy, the cocker spaniel I had to feed Pushkin and Rimsky up on a special corner of the bench otherwise, Missy would've eaten their food as well as her own before the two cats had even given it a thought! lol

ReplyDeleteI'm glad Slim enjoyed her birthday breakfast. Her empty bowl is tribute to the fact that she really enjoyed it. We give our animals birthday treats at our house, too. Our tortie had a birthday last weekend and my husband was asking her if I was going to make her a tuna cake. A tuna cake never happened but she did get extra treats.
