Question Of The Week, 3-30-15

  3. Crowds on rare times when I feel out of it, mostly I like me, myself and I and then time with my family. Those who I feel are close friends live to far away to see.

  4. I am typical introvert, needing alone time, enjoying small gatherings on occasion, and avoiding crushing crowds as much as possible.

  6. If it can be deemed a group... irregardless of size that's too many people for me! :)

  7. All of the above for me, depending on mood and / or reason.

I wanted to join a huge crowd yesterday, but I wasn't well. So I stayed home and watched the event online and was quite happy.

  8. I agree with you.

  9. Small groups definitely. And time alone even more definitely. My introvert self NEEDS time alone to recharge.

  10. All of the above. Crowds give me a feeling of anonymity which is kind of fun and freeing. Small groups are great for interactions and building friendships while alone is when I air out my mind.

  11. I love being alone. In fact I've just spent 3 days alone, and it's been wonderful, apart from an occasional phone call.

  12. I am horrible with crowds and small groups of people that I don't know.

Small groups of less than 10 that I do know, I'm good.

    Aloneness is also very good.

  13. I think many bloggers are introverts and and that is why we thrive in the blogging world.
I too hate crowds. Even the mall on a slow Monday morning is too much. (I am keeping Amazon going.) I like a group of two or three. I also really like being alone. In fact, I often go into my bedroom and close the door just so I can get away from my family.

  14. Hello Annie
I will suffer a large group for a special ocassion but definitely prefer small even down to 'me myself and I' as mentioned by someone above.
    Take care

  15. I'm very comfortable with my own company and don't mind groups of people, small groups of people that I like, and large groups if it's anonymous, such as a concert.

I really hate spending time with people I don't particularly like because I find it hard to be phony and pretend I'm enjoying myself when I'd rather be anywhere else.

It all depends! If it's a crowd for a concert? I love it. If its a crowd for a sporting event? Not so much.
A small group is good, but I like the intimacy of one on one.
I really like my alone time.
I try to be in the moment with whomever is there.

  17. I have to confess I like my quiet so crowds sort of overwhelm me. I don't mind it at concerts and such, but I get a bit claustrophobic when at the mall or crowded stores.

Hope all is well in Granny Annie's world. I've missed you! :)

  18. The only crowd I like being around is my family. I'm perfectly content with my own company as long as I know I can connect with loved ones whenever I want.

  19. I prefer being alone. I hate crowds. I enjoy my own space and company...it's just the way I am...the nature of the beast. :)

  20. I'm flexible except when on work break I want quiet n alone. That's what I'm accustomed to. I've given speeches, performed infront of large crowds. A few times felt lonely in large crowds- was traveling alone while others were all with someone. Also like that for me when I go to fireworks alone.
But I can deal with it somehow. I make easy acquaintances. I'm famous for talking to strangers in elevators...

  21. As social as I can be I love my alone time. Not so much that I prefer being alone but after being in the crowds I like knowing I have a quiet neighborhood and home to return to and I like art and reading so it helps to have moments of uninterrupted time. As for crowds, I'm not a fan. I like a mix of people at a party or an event, but not when it gets into the hundreds.

  22. Depends on the day, but NEVER crowds, sometime small groups (only if I know and like everyone in them), and I need lots of alone time.
