GOT MOUSE

It happens once in a while.  This is only my second mouse of the year.  He has been leaving a trail and I decided to try a new trap.  It worked quickly and cleanly and was indeed "No touch - no view". The D-con Trap I bought worked like the one in the video but mine was white. Some reviews complained about the cost of the trap but it was worth it to me to pretend nothing happened and the mouse just disappeared.

Seeing their dead little eyes and snapped neck is the best part! For me, anyway. I hate mice!!
It's the only reason I have a cat.

  4. You have cats... nature's best mousetrap. I have no problem killing mice that are bothering me inside the house, but I did save a tiny, cute as all get out, field mouse from certain death from one of my cats. The poor little thing wasn't hurting anything outside.

  5. I had to use that kind of trap in our last home. Here, we have had no trouble with vermin.

  7. I've not pressed play, either. I'm guilty of saving mice and letting them free. I'm a big softy...I know.

I've never understood people being afraid of mice...I just don't get it.

My two furry rascals wouldn't take any notice of a mouse if it came inside here. They'd probably think I'd bought them a toy to play with! And they ignore any toys I've bought for them...so I gave that up! lol

  8. The mouse I feed in the kitchen corner just laughs at me n Mischief. The kitty is old now, n watches the little beast for entertainment. I have a "no kill" box trap, which he is totally ignoring.
If I caught the mouse now there'd be nowhere to release it in the woods which are 4 feet high with packed snow now! You can't even walk in there...

I'm not afraid of mice either. But I do go crazy keeping the food away from them!

  9. TO ALL: I don't need for the mouse to disappear as much as I need the little presents he leaves to disappear. My six cats do a great job outside but occasionally a little critter will escape their guard. Needless to say my barn is clear. LOL

  10. I was going to say that mice don't usually come in "ones" but you explained that it was an escapee from the outside hunters. Just to be sure, I would put out another trap in case he spread the word.

Sometimes you just need to do what is necessary.

  14. I prefer the swift kill method. The nasty little vermin carry so many germs.

  15. Expensive for folk with a pack of mice.
