FELINE DEBUTANTE

Mama David decided it was time to bring Catness out of hiding.  At this appoint we are just assuming we've got a female.  I tried to pick her up and she wasn't having any of that.  She is a feisty little thing. David didn't seem to care and was happy to show off her baby.

What a cutie! We used to have 2 cats that were kept in our patio. Both died a few years ago, but we have decided to not adopt any more pets.

  6. At our house, some grandkid would have had that kitten in the house two weeks ago.

  7. Kay -- It looks like she is gray all over and that really is accented by those blue eyes.

Kerry -- I had lots of suggestions for names and my youngest granddaughter Hope got to pick. Yes she picked Catness right away. I should have known.

gigihawaii -- We will have anywhere from 2 to 15 cats at any one time. They migrate through our property and live in the barn. We feed them each morning but just enough that they will still be hungry and help keep down the mouse population in the barn. They are all only visitors and many are dumped on the road by people who don't want them any longer.

Lynn -- It does appear that she is going to be a looker.

Riot Kitty -- She reminds me of our dwarf kitty Vern. We sure miss Vern.

Snaggle Tooth -- Yes Catness can definitely make a joyful noise. It was fun to finally seen her on display.

Talon -- Glad to cheer you this Sunday:)

Cliff -- No cats allowed! We feed them and care for them but they are not allowed in the house and I have been known to frisk the grandkids who are known smugglers.

  8. Yeah, we have the same rules for all livestock. The kids think we're mean but no dogs, cats, chickens or horses in our house. We usually have about 20 we're taking care of for others but Marilyn doesn't allow any in the house.
