We are so much alike!! I have been eating peanut butter with dill pickles and mustard for at least 60 years! I also like it with onions, now and then...lol

ReplyDeleteI used to love pickled pigs feet and eat them with my Dad. I also used to eat pancakes which were cooked on only one side...I insisted. Who knows where that strange desire came from!
ReplyDeleteEven when I was pregnant I didn't have strange food combo cravings...but I did go on mini binges of certain things - generally some fruit or something that was totally out of season and cost a fortune - lol!

Hmm...depends on what you define as strange. I get junk food cravings for Rollos and Diet 7Up.

Tabor – Pickled pigs feet, I have eaten but half cooked pancakes…well you do have a strange meal there. LOL
Talon – When I was pregnant I craved McDonald’s Big Macs. I would not stand in line to order a peanut butter and ham sandwich…but hey,who knows?

Snaggle Tooth – You have made me remember that I used to eat potato chips with mayonnaise. Yikes! Now applesauce on potatoes…I would have to think about that.
I eat peanut butter and potato chip sandwiches. My grandfather ate Peanut Butter and pimento spread sandwiches and called it Peanut Butter and Glop. Um....not my favorite.
