QUESTION OF THE WEEK

Do you change clothes in front of your pets?

  1. Yes, I do, and I know there have been many cats and dogs that have suffered long-lasting mental problems as a result. At least the birds never saw me naked....lol

  2. kenju -- You are funny. I guess if birds haven't seen you it means you don't change clothes outside but you never know what or who is at your window:)

  3. Yes, I did when I had pets. My cat Cleo used to like to hang out in a chair I had in the bathroom and my mom made me come get her one time when needed to go. :)

  4. lol! I guess my animals are scarred for life. I generally change in the bedroom where the dogs never go so maybe it's only the cats we've maimed :)

  5. Changes in the wind -- I see you have avoided answering:)

Lynn -- Thankfully my dog Slim avoids both bathrooms totally. I'm afraid I would ask to have the cat removed also.

Talon -- No problem with cats around here since they are outside pets. I always try to give Slim the option of staying or going when I'm getting ready to change. She usually goes:)

  7. Hahaha! Yes. They probably wonder why we take off our furs.

  8. When pets visit, they see me in and out of my clothes.

  9. no...but that is because it is in Nebraska and I am in Oregon.

My lice, however, get to peek as much as they wish

  10. LOL, yes I do... They ignore me totally... unless I am holding a bag of their snacks

  11. fireblossom -- Don't be so hard on yourself. LOL

Riot Kitty -- Good question for my question. Do you think they start looking for their zippers or buttons?

rosaria -- Since pets only "visit" does that mean you do not consider yourself their owner? Probably none of us own our pets. More like the pets own us.

    Darth Weasel -- Very disturbing:)

Holland -- Good reflection. The only time Slim stares at me intently is when she is trying to determine if I'm holding any snacks.

  12. I have no choice. My dogs refuse to NOT be in a room with me, no matter which room it is. Must not have scared them because they continually join me when I'm changing.

  13. I've explained to Mischief that people need clothes because we don't have any kitty hair...
Sometimes- n she's even been in the bathroom while I was in the tub without flipping out over the water.

  14. Bonnie -- Slim also follows me everywhere until I get situated and then she will leave. She just needs to know where I am at all times. Like Ron, she does not want to leave me to run amok.

Chatty Crone -- Well you are very simply honest:)

Snaggle Tooth -- It is a good thing that you take the time to explain things to Mischief.
