New people are coming your way, and you might find that someone changes your mind about something big. Expect to go through a bit of confusion though! Work through it and you'll be fine soon. Gemini Horoscope for March 13, 2010
In case you wonder why I posted my horoscope for today it could have to do with five grandchildren being here for their Spring break. I shall be absent from blogger for at least this next week -- maybe longer depending on how much recovery I'll need.
If you missed my last post it has lots of reading linked to it. I celebrated my fifth blog anniversary and listed titles of some of my favorite posts. You can click on those titles if you happen to need a Granny Annie fix. LOL
Also just to update you on my fourth week of exercise, I am up to 35 minutes on the bike, still stretching, still feeling lots better. I have plateaued at the 7 pound loss but I know more will follow if I continue my efforts. Holding myself accountable to all of you, my blogger friends, keeps me motivated.
Hello Granny Annie
ReplyDeleteNo checkout chick stories here but congratulations on the weight loss and what a beautiful cat your Golaith is. Wonderful loooking fur with a lighter soloured ruff. He looks very calm and gentle in that photo - is that his usual nature?
Thanks for the list of posts to keep us occupied - now all you need to do is to enjoy your grandchildrens company. Keep a little notebook to scribble down all the mischief they get up to so you can have us in stitches reading your recollections when you do get back to blogging
Take care
Cathy
Congratualtions on yout 35 min on the bike...that is really good! Have fun with the Grand kids...
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are keeping up the exercise and aren't discouraged. Have fun with the grandkids. Hope it's nice so you can take them outside.
ReplyDeleteGolaith is beautiful. He looks like a cat I once had but he was called Smokey.
We will miss you hurry back. Stella
I have fallen off the exercise wagon and you are making me feel guilty. But that is a good thing.
ReplyDeleteOh enjoy your grandchildren..what a blast...Im still pondering the question..?I know I must have something outrageous that happened. Ill be back when I recall..EnJoY yOuR DAy
ReplyDeleteLil'' Bear and Goliath are adorable!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week, Granny Annie! I hope the grandkids don't wear you out too much!
That's great about the exercising. One of the best things is how it makes you feel and it sounds like with all the acitivity you'll need all the extra energy you can get!
Worst clerk encounter? I don't know if I'll be able to top yours :)
There's a lot of that going around right now: temporary MIA in the blogging world. (me too)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time with the grandkids!
ReplyDeleteWe fellow grandma's will certainly understand your needing some down time after they leave...: )
Have fun!!!
...and congrats on keeping up the exercise!!!!
xoxo
Have a great week with the kids - sounds lovely.
ReplyDeleteI was taking Prozac for depression in the early 90s and the pharmacist asked me if I had seen the report on 60 Minutes about people who take Prozac jumping out of windows. As alarming as that was, she topped herself the next time I picked up the prescription by yelling across the store to someone - I guess the pharmacy manager - "PROZAC!!! HERE'S ANOTHER ONE!!!" and then in a lower hushed voice, just to me, "We've had such a run on Prozac that we are running out of it."
Unbelievable.
Adorable pics! He really does look like Little Bear from the books. And congrats on sticking with the program.
ReplyDeleteCute kitties!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd good work on your exercise program!!!!
Beautiful cats!
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of you and your exercising! How you FEEL is as important as the weight loss in my opinion. When you feel strong it just lifts your spirits. Good for you!
We'll miss you, but nothing beats a house full of family. Enjoy, and we'll see you when you recover. ;)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Will miss you but enjoy the grandkids!
ReplyDeleteI envy you your grand-children's visit. I'm hoping some of mine may come at Easter but it is more difficult when they are older and with so many claims on their time.
ReplyDeleteAnnie,
ReplyDeleteHave a great time with your Grandchildren.
How lucky you are to have them and how lucky they are to have YOU....
Thirty-five min. on the bike, Chica?? You rock! Keep pedaling!!
ReplyDeleteGoliath is a beautiful name for a beautiful kitty. Wow, you make me want to adopt another one.
PS - Our bunny, Fluffy, died last week and I'm seriously hoping to adopt another cat. I've always wanted an orange cat...and if I go to the shelter today and find one, he/she is MINE! Any thoughts on a name for an orange gato??
